I had the privilege of witnessing Ms. Sidney's exemplary legal prowess firsthand as she navigated a complex custody battle for my friend. From the onset, it was evident that Ms. Sidney possesses a deep understanding of family law, coupled with a remarkable ability to put her clients at ease during what can often be a tumultuous time. Throughout the case, Ms. Sidney's knowledge and awareness were evident in her strategic approach and meticulous attention to detail. She exhibited a rare combination of empathy and professionalism, ensuring that my friend felt supported and informed every step of the way. I cannot recommend Ms. Sidney, and this law firm highly enough to anyone in need of top-notch legal representation.

Everything was great when we first contacted the firm. We were able to get right in for a consultation. We paid our retainer fee and waited for further instruction. When it was time to go to court and have all the documents in order, there was a big confusion on who the attorneys were representing and for what. The Attorney General screwed up and made it seem like they were suing us for back child support, which were were never ordered to pay since we are the custodial parents and the mother was entitled to pay. During the case, there were arguments brought up that shouldn't have even been an issue on our side with the Attorney General's office from our own attorney. After the case was done, there was no communication from anyone. We didn't know what to do next, except wait. Today we receive a call to see if they need to close out our case. Michael asked if I had any questions, and when I would ask, he would speak to me like I was incompetent and didn't know anything about the situation. This isn't my first custody case. I was just asking about what to expect next and I couldn't get a word in to explain the questions I was asking. Then he offered more of their services to do an enforcement which I was trying to find out if I needed to do to enforce the new orders. I finally got frustrated and told him just close the case. Maybe next time don't speak to your clients like you're the smartest person in the room and listen to the whole situation before giving your opinion. Or maybe, ask the attorney that handled the case in your office to see if anything else needed to be done.
