My fiance's ex used this law firm to help her through their child support case, which can be necessary when unsure of laws and such but what I don't agree with is that they have taken over a month to produce an order that they said would be ready the week following the attorney General mediation which was 10/10/23. Richard Flores is friends with the mother of the child so he has been rude, intimidating, and always takes to the defense if questioned on anything. My fiance was not fighting for custody, although, maybe he should have being that the other party was more than just difficult I truly believe there are mental issues the other parent suffers from that needed to be identified from a professional but that's another story. I'm not just saying that out of spite or any type of hate. My prayers genuinely go out to that person and the children involved in their life. This is always supposed to benefit the child not just financially but also for their own mental health. She has his son call his dad (my fiance) and his son gets sad and cries because he wants to see his father. She just uses the excuse that there are no orders so he is unable to see his father. It's like she's teasing him and it's so heartbreaking. I've heard him cry and I just can't imagine how his little heart feels. Unfortunately, this law firm has not had the best interest of the child in mind other than the financial part. I truly hope you all have the happiest of holidays and please remember the children. They don't deserve to be away from either parent. Put yourself in the childs shoes and not the parents. I know Richard is friends with the mother of the child but please, sir, don't have her interest in mind this is about the child. My fiance has contacted them through email on multiple occasions, most times he's ignored and the times they do respond are only to remind him of his financial obligations. I hope you learn to have compassion for others.

I was in a child custody battle for years before I hired Rob Clark. I knew of him, but hesitated, I wanted my divorce to be amicable for the kids sake. Once my ex-wife hired one of the highest paid family-law teams in Houston that was never going to happen so I hired Rob. Things began to happen immediately. Watching him in action was amazing. You do not want to be his opponent. He is tough, smart and an intimidating figure in court. I won custody of my children which is almost impossible for a father. I would recommend Rob highly if you are ever in a bind.
