I was contacted by Oliphant financial in 2020 about a collection and I hired an attorney that said he was the best…after speaking with him I felt confident about taking this case to trial. Fast forward 4.5 years to the trial and the attorney I hired was no where to be seen. Instead he sent in a young kid who probably had 5 cases under his belt. Needless to say I lost the trial. Frustrated and looking for options I was given Mr. Mastriani’s contact as a friend told me he was the best. I was cynical about the title “the best” as you could imagine. I called Mr. Mastriani and he responded on my first call. He told me that I should appeal and he believes he could reverse the decision. I decided to give him a chance. Let me tell you that John Mastriani is THE BEST. I knew that the prosecution knew he was good because they began to make me settlement offers. Mr. Mastriani said he would do what I wanted but really wanted to take it to court on the appeal as he was very confident he would overturn the previous decision. Come court day he was amazing. He put on a master class and even the prosecution was speechless. We won. Call Mr. Mastriani if you want an attorney that cares and treats you like a friend and not a number.
