This law firm did a fantastic job helping us with our complex immigration issues. They did a very professional job, guiding us through this process and were very thorough with their communication. It’s very nice in situations like these to reach out for questions and answers and always getting a response. All of their staff was very helpful, especially Braulio, he really went above and beyond, always communicating and helping and making this a great experience. Thanks to the professionalism of the Sebastian Simon Law Group I now have my residency. We have been recommending this firm to our closest relatives now and consider the level of service to be a 10 out of 10. Not only would I recommend them, and I do, if I ever have an issue again, we will be reaching out to this law firm.

My experience using this lawyers office to work on my case was a STEEP uphill battle. Where do I even begin? 1st of all I had to change my assistant Kelly because she would NOT return my emails or calls. There would be times I would call multiple times and she would say she would call me back and she wouldn't..multiple times I would email her the SAME email twice to even get a reply(if I even got one) days later. 2. I was never even informed of going the AP/AOS route shortening my total application time..if I had not done my own research I would of still been waiting YEARS to even get my 601 waiver going. If there are shorter ways(which at the time Biden was president so it wasn't as risky as it is now) of doing things it should at least be presented as an option. 3. It took them at least a month before sending off my AP application after I had turned it in to Kelly. I had to remind them I had given them the form before I got an email a couple days later saying she had sent it off.. 4. Had I not done my own research and found out that I could be my own sponsor they would of had me find my own sponsor not even realizing I could of sent the 864w form(not available anymore but now an option on the 485). I had to be the one to inform the assistants that I had that option open for me... 5. The new york assistants were RUDE and either they were unwilling to work with my schedule or the lawyer wasn't. A week before my interview for AOS they had scheduled me to speak to the lawyer a day or two before my interview. I had legitimate concerns about my application and had I required to get paperwork from my end I would not have had the time to do so. To quote the new york representative "Lisbeth" after being asked if they could work with my schedule because I had various Dr's appointments due to my wife's health and my own appointments from having a broken ankle. She stated "it will only be 15 minutes of your time" well LISBETH if it's only 15 minutes of MY time its also 15 minutes of HIS time. If I had not canceled one of my wife's CANCER appointments we would not have talked to Simon PERIOD. We would have gone to our interview without even having council beforehand..speaking of which this brings me to... 6. Jessica Rodriguez the attorney who they sent on Simon's behalf was THE worst when it came to assuring us of anything...we showed up at 7:15 AM to out 8:15 interview. She would not come inside until we were already about to be called in. When she did walk in she introduced herself and asked if we had any questions...we asked and it looked like they bothered her. She went to go sit down far away and stayed on her phone the entire time. She didn't go over our case or ask any questions about our case or prepared us. When we went inside for our interview she was on her phone the entire time and the USCIS agent had to mention her a couple times to get her attention because she was on her phone. She was sitting behind me and had to say "counsel" twice to get her attention. After we left she said nothing to us and not even a "good luck guys have a good day". Nothing...just went straight to her car and left. Alegunda for the most part did help out except when I sent her an email requesting a copy of my 485 and 130 forms that they had sent out. She never replied to them to which I still haven't received them. Now that my case is approved I have to see if I will even get a new SS card or if they even checked the box asking for a new SS card on the 485 form. I know PLENTY of people who are looking for a good immigration lawyer and unfortunately from my experience I can't in good conscience EVER recommend this firm..for all the thousands and thousands of dollars I spent here the client service was NOT delivered. Only reason they got two stars is because of Alegundas usual fast replies and because my case was approved. I will be using a different firm when it comes time for my citizenship. There are more details but I have already written a book of complaints from this firm and I HOPE they read this and learn from my review.

Our experience was horrible I won’t be as nice as my husband. This lawyer and firm will suck the bank account dry and then speak to us like we are a bother. All representatives need a class in customer service because this is NOT it. My husband went through so many emotions from anger, fear and frustration. I find it mind boggling that this type of immigration firm could lack empathy especially during these difficult times. I’m so glad it’s over. You know the firm is bad when you are on TikTok lives with immigration lawyers asking them questions because our lawyer IS TOO BUSY WITH OTHER CLIENTS to answer our questions. Plus another client on TikTok mentioned her active immigration case with this firm is horrible she has not spoken to Sebastian since 2019. Read that again 2019. Attorney Simon did not attend our interview because he was unable to make it but he was sure able to post a picture with his woman on a beach that week. Actions speak louder than words. Thank goodness my husband did all his research instead of taking their word and waiting up to 4-7 years we ended up getting approved in one year and a few months. So there that’s my review on Sebastian Simon law firm.

Sebastian Simon Law Firm is dedicated and responsible. Mr. Simon worked hard on my wife’s case since she had a deportation in absentia. He explained in detail what to expect and the process we would go through. We had a difficult case but with his knowledge and great work today we were able to get her Resident Visa approved in El Salvador. I highly recommend this law firm. They know what they’re doing and will work with you and make sure that you are well prepared for your consular interview. Thank you Sebastian Simon and everyone that works in this law firm. Great work, great results!
