Mr.Hernandez is great ! The only down part of the 11 years we have been here. Is the assistant Reyna for starters she dose not speak English and dose not understand it . I have mention in the past multiple times during this important process I would like some to speak with me. My primary language English. They still assigned her to us. she dose not have the greatest client service communication. She rushes through things and has created errors multiple times on different occasions. She is quick to blame you. You have to be constantly calling every week on a update if not they will forget about you. If it wasn’t for me checking on the status online and sending message to nvc . Things would have be submitted all over again. This what they are suppose to be doing not me. Again I been here 11 years in the past I rarely had to call maybe once a month to see any updates. Now you have to call constantly because no one returns your call. You have to go into office to talk to someone. To be honest you are barking up a tree no one really listens . They just process the document and that’s it. Not even the lawyer her self I met her once the time I have been here. Mr. Hernandez is amazing and dose what he suppose to do and follows through and helps when he can. This my personal review of this place and my experience. I have been a client for 11years.

Bad experience, Eliot did nothing on my case I lost three years having my case here, every time I called he always just to say: yes I send the aplicacion to reopen your case but he never did anything for me, I took all documentation they asked for, even the money and money orders, they retun to me the money order 2 times because they got expired, they don't talk to you with the truth. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I took my case to some other lawyer and in less than a year I'm already waiting for an answer from immigration.

Dan Robles and the rest of the staff are incredible. Before coming here I had a highly recommended attorney who way over-charged me and kept missing dates and after 3 years was unable to get my wife and daughter here. I was referred to Mr. Robles by a friend. Mr Robles is awesome. He reviewed everything and was able to get my wifes papers and got her her quickly and without any problem at all. He was very reasonably priced and I would and do refer anyone who needs immigration help to him. Thank you Dan for everything. We love you.

Awesome immigration attorney, they always tell you like it is and are very up front about fees. The lawyer is really easy to talk to and very nice. If you need an immigration attorney i highly recommend this group.

They just took my money and never filed any paperwork for emigration. $6000 they took from me. Emigration deported my mom and they never found any applications(forms) and with my case that was a U-visa , emigration denied my UVisa because paperwork never was done at Maria’s end. Sad but true,
