I have had two different experiences with this law firm and if I could give it 50 stars I would. Ron Muller was beyond professional and willing to walk me through every step of my proceedings to ensure that I thoroughly understood my rights.. Cathy Samaan is truly a miracle worker. She helped my son through a very difficult situation. She made sure to help us navigate his case in a way that ultimately had the very best possible outcome. I feel truly blessed that when I and my family needed them, they were in our corner.

Man I really wish I remembered the mans name who contacted me yesterday On behalf of miss sylvia rodriguez. All I called them for was a consultation so that I could ask a few questions about a Legal matter i'm dealing with and possibly use them to represent me. This man begins asking his leading questions, & i'm also responding with my own. He continuously cut me off as if we were battling for position in the conversation. Less than 2 minutes into the conversation this man stops me from talking, and makes a comment that I sounded like I had a lot of anger in my voice, As if I was angry and my tone of voice wasn't necessary while talking to him. I did my best to overlook the disrespect and unprofessional Tone both in his voice and in his statement And we continue the conversation for maybe thirty more seconds Before he stopped me from talking in the middle of my sentence AGAIN And gave me what seemed to be a disclaimer reminding me That he's only asking questions In order to help me get the information I need as if we were arguing with one another or being combative. After the second infraction on his part i have had enough Of his unprofessionalism. He came across as Arrogant, combative, overbearing, Agitated, And more concerned with saying what he needed to say Then actually trying to hear my questions As if he was supposed to talk and I was supposed to listen. After introducing him to the dial tone, My time was wasted and I walked away knowing not much more than I had known before the call. Now I will not be utilizing this law firm Specifically because of whoever this man was calling on your behalf miss rodriguez. He did not represent you very well at all.
