Please watch her discovery. Leticia made fraudulent discovery and submitted to 257 district court stating there was continuous pattern of domestic violence in my household when there was not a single incident. Recommend court to give me supervised visits. Request court to order to pay her $3000 in attorney fees, made fraudulent statement of my income. Also when cross examining Harris County domestic relations office case worker Maria Elena Villalva, Leticia would nod her head and signal with eyes what to answer for Maria. 245 judge Angela Lancelin found Leticia Trevino filed enomorous amounts child support and medical support without ability to pay on file fraudulently. Judge Angela stated on the record need documentation to prove to sign the orders. Judge Angela Lancelin with complete knowledge that Attorney Leticia Trevino has summited fraudulent documentation and brought everything Fraud before the court want to proceed with orders. Covering up fraud by Leticia Trevino and 257 district judge Sandra Peake. Lets everyone who has been affected by the unethical attorney or corrupt judges lets file complain about child support with US Inspector general. Consulted a few attorneys before deciding for attorney Leticia Treviño and I regret hiring. When divorce case took a spin lack of experience and excuses prevailed. I had such a hard time getting in contact to get updates on case it was upseting. I would leave mesages and would not get a call back.Paralegal even blurted his frustration one time I called that all “workload was left to him because attorney was at maternity leave.’ Being a mom it is understandable, but not justifiable. I was in tears. I had to search and find my own court date because I was never informed. Attorney also denied having received a certified letter from judge that I was able to see prior to court date. She never had the courtesy to call and let me know of judges intent to dismiss. Court came and was told I didnt have to be present. Weeks passed and I didnt hear from attorney. Again. I had to call. When I finally got in touch with her she spoke of a reinstatement. 60’days passed and again never got a call of acceptance or denial on this “reinstatement”. 3 weeks ago she practically tells me case is closed and I have to start all over and pay more. I can’t express how dissapointed I am with their service, unprofessionalism, lack of communication, or sincerity. Almost 2 years later I am still married, with a dismmissed case that cost me $3,000 with her. I wish I would have just filed myself. Maybe she can handle other cases but she totally failed me. I have nothing good to say about experience.
