First, let me say that Attorney Green is the only lawyer I contacted that actually provides a truly free consultation. She actually took the time during the initial call, prior to retaining her, to hear a few facts and why I was seeking a divorce. Our consultation call wasn't simply about her costs but how she would represent me during the process. That was the reason why I selected her. That initial call made me feel as if she wants what is best for people during a time that is very difficult, and it wasn't about the money she would make during the process. Attorney Green is thorough and was very communicative during the process. She asked questions and never assumed and always kept me up-to-date on every element of the process. The communication system utilized for her office makes them reachable and communication a breeze. I also appreciate her willingness not to run costs up just because there is a retainer. If there are tasks you can take care of versus her or her staff, she'll let you know. She'll also advise on whether things are a good use of funds and will even tell the other side what she WON'T do because it isn't a good use of her client's money. I definitely recommend her services! I don't believe you'll get a better attorney than her. She truly has your best interest at heart in every aspect of your case.

What can say about Ashley Green , she is the best Family lawyer, right from the first day until the closure of the case, Ms Ashley and her staff Ms Tiffany had been awesome. Ms Ashley green is so knowledgeable, committed and dedicated to her clients. Took me almost 7 months to shop for the right lawyer as I found lots of lawyers have good reviews but not committed. I am thankful to the lord that I found Ms Ashley. I wish I could give all the stars from the sky. Thanks Ms Ashley green and her staff. I don’t know where to begin when writing this review. There is too much good to possibly spell out in a review. Ashley was more than an attorney for me. She was my support, my go to when I was overwhelmed, my confidant when I felt defeated, my coach when I wanted to give up, and my encouragement to move forward and make positive changes and grow in life and in my career. This woman is a godsend and as honest as they come. She is transparent and real, and a truly authentic human being. And it goes without saying that she is phenomenal in the court room. Ashley comes prepared, focused, and always with a plan. There was not a single time in my 2 year case that I ever felt out of loop, out of communication, or uniformed! I am now living outside of Texas, but if I could, I would rehire Ashley in a second. This woman is the reason my kids are still a huge part of my life, the reason I now feel empowered to stand up for both myself and my children, and a huge part of the reason I was strong enough to return to school and now hold a masters degree and am able to help others. If you are looking for an attorney that truly has your children’s best interest at heart and will fight with all she’s got this is your girl!

I used Ashley for my contested divorce case. I love the transparency of the office, how quickly they communicate and update you of changes in the case. Ashley actually knows your case and she will follow up and prep you for mediation and court as well. She is straightforward and tells you what to expect in either scenario. In my case, my ex and I failed to reach an agreement at mediation, Ashley and I prepped for court, but I ended up reaching a last minute agreement with my ex outside of court and the case ended faster than anticipated (thankfully). Just know that Ashley is very involved and gets things done in a timely manner to minimize cost. I will definitely recommend her services.
