We currently have a case with them, Raed was really nice and professional when we met him years ago. Then we met Johnny Rosado and there was a big issue going on when he didn’t present himself to my husband’s immigration court, but Joaquin Quero stepped up and answered everything that we had questions for. Fast forward to today, we started a new case with them and it’s really hard to get in touch with them. They never answer the phone and when they do for some reason I can never get an actual update about our case, they only forward calls and no one ever answers.
