I am shocked by the low quality and poor attitude that we experienced from Mr. Damani. We were told that the letter we were requesting would be $300. After agreeing and paying the retainer, we were suddenly told it would be $500 with no explanation for the change in price. When we received the draft letter 2 days later it was filled with errors, typos, and inaccurate information. In a 1.5 page letter, we highlighted 11 serious mistakes including spelling our names wrong, multiple typos in dates - either entirely wrong months listed or “20223” for the year. There were so many inaccuracies in the details presented that the product was utterly unusable. When we brought up the issues, the paralegal admitted that she quickly filled details into a template using Mr. Damani’s sloppy notes. While we appreciate Mr. Damani calling us back quickly to discuss the issue, he was immediately defensive, raising his voice, and refusing to listen to our concerns. He told us that it doesn’t matter if it’s accurate, all that matters is we have a letter with his name on it. Stay FAR away from this law firm if you want a quality product.
