If I could give ZERO star, I would have done it. My case started off well when Senior Associate Robert was in charge of my case. But he left for another firm and my case was assigned to Wayne. Since then,I have been having a hard time to get timely communications and professional work done on my case. I will send an email and get replied 01 week or 02 weeks later with constant follow up calls with the office. Each time I call the office to complain, the lady responding is saying that Wayne has a ton of emails he receives and they will print out my email and put on his table so that he will get reminded to respond. But here I am one week later with no response and my trial is next month...I am so disappointed in such unprofessional work. If you cannot handle a Case with proper care and attention, humbly admit it and give us the chance to find a better lawyer. Moreover each time I have to repeat myself because he keeps asking me questions that I already gave him answers. Even the trial date, I was made aware of it by the other party when he sent me a picture of the letter he received in his mail by the Court...that is to tell you to which extent i am not getting timely update about the evolution of my case.In this economy with inflation, it's already hard enough to come up with the money and then go through the emotional battle of legal cases to have your lawyer not being serious about your case.

I had a very short meeting with Wayne, all of 5 minutes. He constantly talked over me, interrupted me, and kept implying I was frustrated when trying to explain my situation to him. I told him I would not be interested in hiring him.

Upon talking to Wayne Revack on the phone I was extremely pleased by his willingness to provide a thorough consultation. I decided to hire Wayne with my divorce case and custody of my sons. He made things easy for me, he listened, gave me professional legal advise, and got the case settled successfully! Also, his office was informed, helpful, cooperative and offered very prompt support. Which is hard to find when dealing with legal staff or companies. I thank Wayne Revack and his staff for all your help and patience in my case. You made a difficult time easier and less stressful, whereas I am so appreciative for all that you've done. I would use his services again and highly recommend him!

Wayne is an excellent attorney and he has a fantastic team! We first met when a friend referred me for divorce and child support issues, which were ongoing for several years. Since then, they have also helped me draft a full complement of estate planning documents for myself and my son, who is now a young adult. They always make time to answer my many questions, provide options, and provide suggestions. It's reassuring to have someone like Wayne looking out for me!

I hired Wayne Revack a few years ago to assist me in a child support case. He was excellent at taking my case quickly, explaining the process and gave me a TOTAL price. This was a slightly discounted price as I was referred to him by a legal service that I use and came recommended. We went to court, we won, but shortly after he stated he was going to have to add an additional $700 to my fees owed to him. There were not any other significant changes, one court date, one modified child support agreement that was simply an extension of the existing one I had with OAG and I declined to pay this excess. The reason I declined, was ALL fees should have been explained and presented prior to me hiring him. The hourly fees that were unnecessary he tallied them up and surprised me with them AFTER the case was heard and won. This meant that the additional $700 he wanted to charge I would not be able to collect from the opposing party as the losing party pays ALL LEGAL FEES. The case was closed and the judge had already signed off and this would make it impossible for me to collect this additional cost. He refused to provide me a copy of the SIGNED copy of the new child support order that again was simply a modified. I had to drive downtown to pick up and PAY for the new order that was actually signed by the judge. He stopped responding to calls and when I needed the court order for my son's passport and he did not bother to return calls. In court, the judge stated that if the opposing party became behind on payments that all I needed to do was advise my attorney for him to tell the judge and an order would be sent this was to be ALL INCLUSIVE of the couple of thousand that was already paid. I have contacted him numerous times only to be blown off and ignored. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Wayne Revack.
