Some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced with an attorney. They say they will call you back and never do, make you feel like you’re an idiot when you have questions, rude and unprofessional attorney…. I could go on and on. Hired them back in 2016’ for my wife’s citizenship and came back to help with getting my mother in law here from Cuba and worst experience ever. Do your research because most of the process can be done yourself with the right attention and guidelines. There was a young lady we meet the last couple weeks of the “saga” that was dealing with this organization finally found a solution. I’m glad to say we were able to complete the transaction but it was stressful. Choose wisely when giving your money to an immigration attorney but DO NOT CHOOSE THIS ORGANIZATION! They worry more about the lunch hour than your case! Once they get paid they could care less what happens to you!!

Typically, I don’t leave reviews for any business, but for this case I made the exception because since day one the staff on Alonso Legal Group PLLC were super friendly with me, open door policy and always with a smile in their face. Sometimes they are extremely busy, but I can understand that, I am not the only customer, but even on those days they took the time to always answer my questions. As final note, please fallow their recommendations, they take their business to the higher standards and they only want to take care of your interests, they know what they are doing. THANKS FOR ALL YOUR HELP, I AM EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE PROVIDED!.

"I worked with Fariha as my immigration attorney and she was really helpful. She helped me and my family get visas to come to the US and she was always there to answer my questions. Fariha is very knowledgeable about immigration law and she worked hard to make sure everything was done correctly and on time.
